Toni's baby blankets are one of the Craft Guild Shop's best selling items - her materials are known to be extra soft and of the best quality, many people who purchase blankets come back for another one! Come see what they have in stock or place a custom order for something extra special. We are open 7 days a week from 10-5 Mon-Sat and 12-5 on Sundays, we look forward to seeing you soon. Congratulations to Gail Male! As a child, Gail's babysitter and her sister taught her how to knit, crochet, needle point, cross stitch, and sew and eventually adding stained glass to the list of projects that she enjoys.
Gail creates rag dolls and animal dolls which "magically" (according to those close to her) have elements of her own personality, making each one special and unique. She has also added knitting spacers, wallets, and hand sewn purses to her items offered. Recently retired from nursing after being diagnosed with breast cancer, she is fortunately now cancer-free and looking forward to her next adventures in life and creating for our shop. Welcome to our newest crafter-Tanya Dawkins from Nature’s Body Co.! Our amazing Bath & Body artisan creates handmade soaps, body butters, lotions, sugar scrubs and many other products that work well on all skin types. Her initial inspiration was finding good quality and natural skin care items that worked for her and her family, including 5 children! Tanya is a Navy spouse and arrived in Southern Maryland three years ago, she says she believes that she is a “Marylander-at-heart” as she loves the crabs here and finds this to be a beautiful area.
By popular demand from her “testers” and friends, Tanya has evolved her product lines into a successful and growing business. She has skillfully drawn from her travels as a military spouse to learn what interests different people in different regions and has found one thing in common: the desire for high-quality products at affordable prices with natural, non-abrasive ingredients free from additives and harsh chemicals. Nature’s Body Co. has been able to fill this special niche and offers a wonderful line of various skin care items, come by the Craft Guild Shop to see for yourself! We are open 7 days a week, 10-5 on Mon-Sat and 12-5 on Sundays. Located in Uptown Leonardtown at 26005 Point Lookout Rd (Rte. 5) next to the Leonardtown MD Antique Center, ample parking is available in front of the shop. (301) 997-1644 www.craftguildshop.net.
